Zina Lanay Runway Show 2016
This past week, I had the honor of modeling a couple pieces in the "Zina Lanay Runway Show" that took place in Manhattan, New York produced by Hillary Flowers. Designer Zina Lanay Walcott, is known for her custom couture clothing that is based out in New York City. It was a pleasure working with her and viewing all the exclusive designs. Pioneria Brazilian Lounge
The Pioneria Brazilian Lounge in Bridgeport hosted their very first "Cape Verdean Kizomba" night in which I had the pleasure of taking photos. Here are some of the photos captured that night. Be sure to look out for another CV night coming soon.
Cape Verdean Picnic
Recently I was given the opportunity to be the photographer for the "Cape Verdean Picnic" held every year at the local club in Bridgeport. It was a great experience to be behind the scenes and capture culture "live" through musical performances and the arts. As a kriola, I am greatly humbled and appreciated that my own Cape Verdean community has supported me through my growing career as a photographer. 25th Wedding Anniversary
Congratulations to my Godfather and aunt on celebrating 25 years of marriage! When I was asked to take photos for the special night of 300+ guest, I gladly accepted.
